This week, I’m excited to be starting monthly executive coaching with a couple of new clients.
Each of them will receive one of these lovingly-crafted practical guides on how to help others be at their best.
While I always get great feedback on this guide, I’m under no illusion: Knowledge alone does not change you.
You need to apply it to your situation in a way that is authentic to you for it to do anything.
And that is the bit most people need help with.
Even so, I love providing a resource that helps leaders progress their learning outside of coaching.
That way, coaching does not become “training”.
It can keep being the highly-personalised two-way conversation it’s supposed to be.
