I’m about to head off for Christmas and then some camping up North with 15 or so teenagers. But before I do, I wanted to say a big thank you to all the amazing leaders and teams I’ve had the privilege of working with this year.

Your motivation and commitment to growth is inspiring and working with you genuinely fills my cup! So much so my husband often jokes I’ll never retire ????.
