The organisation receives a clear written report and verbal feedback. Candidates have a two-hour feedback session before the report is finalised. In Onboarding Edge, the successful candidate also receives a tailored onboarding report.
Standard turnaround is 7 days (including weekends) to avoid unnecessary pressure on candidates. Faster delivery is often possible.
Ability tests are supervised via videoconference to ensure fairness and integrity. Personality questionnaires are completed online in the candidate’s own time.
